Upstream has incorporated the ipv6 fix since version 20050606: ftp.belwue.de/pub/unix/sendfile/current/sendfile-20050606.tar.gz
To activate just edit src/globals.h to read "#define ENABLE_MULTIPROTOCOL" rather than the appropriate #undef .. -- Best regards, Kilian
