Hi Kitame-san,

Both gtkhtml3.0 and libsoup2.0 have release-critical bugs because they fail
to build with gcc 4.0.  The libsoup2.0 package has no reverse-dependencies:
only gtkhtml3.0 has it as a build-dependency, but builds fine without it
since it is only used to build a single test binary.  The gtkhtml3.0 package
has two reverse dependencies in testing, gnomesword and peacock, which have
already had bugs filed against them pre-sarge asking for them to update to
gtkhtml3.2.

Is there any reason not to remove these two libraries from unstable
immediately?
