It's too late, I have already taken the decision and the package is de facto orphaned. However, if nobody steps in, I am willing to fix critical problems in the package by doing non-maintainer uploads. If you are willing to take over PRCS, I think that it is a good idea. If you fix bugs and make new releases, I do not see why jmacd would disagree. Unfortunately, I cannot add you as a developer of the prcs project at SF. Jmacd is the only project admin. I am afraid we are out of hope here, as regards getting in touch with Josh...
