Hi.

Shift-Insert doesn't paste the X selection in KVim. Pressing Insert,
by itself, or with control or shift, always toggle the insert/replace
mode.

Additionally, the following "imap <S-Insert> a" does not work: in
insert mode, Shift+Insert still toggles between insert and replace.

With vim-gtk, those two features work fine.
