I installed Sarge snapshot 12022005 and selected linux26 in the debian
installer.
This installed a 2.6.8 kernel with udev.
I looked at the /etc/udev/* files and found only one reference to isdn:
udev.rules: KERNLE="capi", NAME="capi20", SYMLINK=""isdn/capi20"
