It's true that this ITP is old ! But since I'm just a packager, a
co-maintainer (jackbeat with piem (Paul Brossier)) and not a developer, I have a
few packages like ctorrent that could be included in unstable (lintian tests are
ok) but just can't upload them ! :'(

And I think it is not replaced by bittornado since ctorrent is console based

I see on the upstream homepage that the lasted upstream version is
1.3.2 from January 2004!
I think that ITP can be closed because this software is replaced by
bittornado!
