Followup-For: Bug #301407

With the patch you solved the problem for kernel 2.6, but now the
problem is in kernel 2.4.
Loading the driver give the error "quickcam: Unknown symbol
remap_pfn_range".

Using conditional compile to select the right function can solve the
problem.
