capiutils does blacklist the hisax and hisax_fcpcipnp drivers for hotplug, but not for discover. Therefore discover load these drivers if the hardware is found and the capi-drivers fail to load. The drivers can be blacklisted for discover by dropping a file into /etc/discover.d/ . Patch whith this file is attached.
