Here's a patch to update the build-depends to perl (= 5.6.0) instead,
which I think is what was really intended. The perlmagick dependency will
pull in a more recent version of Perl anyway.
I didn't change the gs dependency. I'm not sure the right thing to do
there, as

This package depends on one of the old potato perl packages, that now
don't exist anymore because the potato-woody transitional package has
been dropped.
Please update the build dependency.
