As netkit-ftp doesn't go with 'alternatives' way, and netkit-ftp-ssl is
just a fork from it, I would like to discuss with netkit-ftp maintainer
first.

heimdal-clients uses alternatives to provide ftp (kftp) so if ftp-ssl
also used alternatives, the two could coexist just fine.
