Just to let you know about a wording problem in ispell.el. For the full

A summary follows. Using the New German ispell dict and the word 'Shaft',
one gets on spellchecking with ispell.el
Use option 'i' if the word is valid (even if affix rules composition not).
I would suggest:
Use option 'i' if this is a correctly spellled word.
and leave the issue of affix composition out of the message.
Incidentally, the affix rules have nothing to do with roots and
derivatives; they
