I think this bug should be re-assigned to apt, or the amd64 archive. I
had the same bug with libapr0, and then lynx started upgrading ad
infinitum as well.
I fixed it by dropping the pin-priority for stable/updates in
preferences. however, returning the pin-priority to the high value

upgrade. For no aparent reason,
he wants to upgrade from some version to the exact same version (2.0.54-5,
currently). If I do an apt-get upgrade,
