This file is one of the beautiful things in debian
and can't be removed with easy hand.
Please provide something more useful before remove
it it.
Maybe instead using script in
/etc/init.d/networking just call
sysctl -w
option.option.option.option=1
sysctl -w
option1.option.option.option=1
sysctl -w
option2.option.option.option=1
sysctl -w
option3.option.option.option=1
There are some stupid tendency of removing this
nice thing from debian...
One example is removing /etc/init.d/iptables only
to satisfy some stupid needs.
