In interactive mode, 'asy' tries to call the 'gv' postscript view by default. Surely asymptote should at least suggest (and maybe recommend) the 'gv' package so that this will work. Ideally, it would benefit from a generic way of calling PS and PDF viewers. Using alternatives here may be an
