I've had the spamd daemon fail on me with the message "tcp timeout at
/usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/SpamdForkScaling.pm line 195."  Once
this happens no more connections from spamc processes are accepted and
junk mail is let through until I manually restart the daemon.  The
relevant syslog lines are:
