Hi,
I discovered that an old 2.6.11.11 with the old wpasupplicant (0.4.4)
also doesn't trigger ifup here. Instead, I had to put the device
which was in HOTPLUG_INTERFACES in INTERFACES, since HOTPLUG_INTERFACES
seems to be broke
