Some options are missing in the new version's option dialog, *even in
advanced mode*.  Namely, the "Priorize most completed files" option is
missing.

However, that option STILL exists, and it STILL works... but now I cannot
disable it anymore! (it was enabled while using an older version of
Azureus).

Since the file storing Azureu's config is NOT editable without specialized
tools or knowledge, I cannot even fix that "by hand" easily.
