It's my impression that the tk8.0 package doesn't serve a purpose anymore in
etch; we have both tk8.3 and tk8.4 which supersede it, and its only
reverse-deps are itcl3.0 and blt -- itcl3.0 is also superseded by itcl3.1,
and blt supports
