When purging the package, files are left on the file system. How to
reproduce:
apt-get install ucf
ls /var/lib/ucf/cache
apt-get install tex-common
ls /var/lib/ucf/cache
dpkg --remove ucf tex-common
dpkg --purge ucf
dpkg --purge tex-common
ls /va
reassign 354441 ucf
retitle 354441 does not purge cached configuration files in /var/lib/ucf/cache
#tags 354441 wontfix # Manoj has to decide in fact.

I suggest to add a "rm -f ..." to the postrm of tex-common until a
better solution is found. I agree that it's not nice to use ucf caching
internals, but it's a working short term solution.
