This was fixed in therion 0.4.1 which was uploaded to experimental in
december 2006. It seemed that putting it in testing just before the
release was a bad idea. Given the eventual delays it would probably
have been fine.

a new Tex distribution was added to Debian: Tex-Live. It would be great
if your package supports it. To do so add an appropriate dependency rule.
An alternative of tetex-bin | texlive-base should be enough, but check
what your package
