The problem is that I haven't changed anything to my webserver config, I just made apt-get upgrade... all worked well
before and now there's this problem, so the bug might came from the install script ?

As I wrote formerly, I think the "bug" is caused by the webserver
misconfiguration. Therefore I'm closing the bug report.
