I have a pretty similar problem to the one reported by Antoine.
My card is: Intel 82801DB-ICH4
I use version 1.0.11-5 of ALSA library.

Hi again.
I just dist-upgraded to version 1.0.11-6 of libasound2 and I don't
experience this bug anymore. I experience now another one, but I will
open a new thread for that.
