During the search & replace operation, joe doesn't allow to replace with an
empty string. (Empty string in answer to 'Replace with:' prompt is
interpreted as the same answer as before.)

Steps to reproduce:

$ joe

Replace with: plugh

Find [xyzzy]: plover
