Upstream has closed this as 'wontfix' with the following reasoning:

This is wrong. It is increasingly common in ultra-portable laptops, e.g. the
JVC Mininote XP731 (which I have), which is a rebadged Asus (hence appears
in other guises), and the Dialog Flybook.

That's how I deal with pathological cases. I was rather hoping kpackage
could be improved.

high. My screen is only 600 pixels high. I can't resize the dialog, so
I miss the bottom of it altogether.
