Package: mdadm Version: 2.4.1-3 Severity: serious Hi,
I got this upon an dist-upgrade today: --- Setting up mdadm (2.4.1-3) ... Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/mdadm-raid ... Installing new version of config file /etc/init.d/mdadm ... Generating mdadm.conf... E: /proc/mdtest is not readable; have you initialised RAID? dpkg: error processing mdadm (--configure): subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1 --- I do _not_ have a RAID configured at this time. I merely installed the package as I intend to test a RAID setup sonnish, and wanted to read the docs, manpages etc. Can the install process be fixed to not fail, even if you don't (currently) run a RAID?
