DGMS I think #370659 is due to auctex configure script not being called
DGMS before its emacsen install script. I need to think a bit more
DGMS about the best way to solve the issue.
Did another minimal chroot run: apt-get install debconf; apt-get
tags 370659 + confirmed patch
