On my dialup connection 'trickle' devours about 50% of the CPU. (800mhz
Pentium III, 512K RAM). When I use 'cpulimit' to slow 'trickle' down to
10% of the CPU, 'trickle' still works fine. Therefore 'trickle'
doesn't require as much CPU as it uses
