Er, yes, that's why I commented to that effect, and filed a bug on
gcc-4.1 (#380541) marked as blocking this. (Though as you can see it
doesn't really block this.)

If you get the source for version 6739 and compile it with -O0 everything
works fine - as far as tested.
The bug appears in solo.c:1088 - memset() in solver_forcing() - a function
which doesn't even has a symbol in gdb with -O2.
