trac/siteconfig.py sets up the global configuration directory as being in /usr/share/trac/conf, rather than /etc/trac, so /etc/trac doesn't work. Simple workaround is to symlink into /etc/trac, but it would be better to have siteconfig.py set up for debian systems by default - a bonus would be to have alternative /usr/local/share directories for things like administrator installed wiki macros, for example. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-amd-desktop Locale: LANG=en_NZ.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_NZ.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages trac depends on: ii python 2.4.3-11 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-clearsilver 0.10.3-3 python bindings for clearsilver ii python-psycopg 1.1.21-9 Python module for PostgreSQL ii python-pysqlite2 2.3.2-1 python interface to SQLite 3 ii python-subversion 1.3.2-5+b1 Python bindings for Subversion ii python-support 0.4.1 automated rebuilding support for p ii subversion 1.3.2-5+b1 Advanced version control system Versions of packages trac recommends: ii apache2 2.0.55-4.1 next generation, scalable, extenda ii apache2-mpm-prefork [httpd] 2.0.55-4.1 traditional model for Apache2 ii python-setuptools 0.6b3-3 Python Distutils Enhancements - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFABYLVAlSCqJGuqkRAmuXAJ4gyzzX7FLADr2SQiCpjUnTDJvyYwCfTEpl qJiDXZT08vS3U2VgqBulG0E= =cw/6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
