Hi,
Modlogan will/should set the link to whatever is defined as "cssfile" in
the configuration. If you specify a full path, it will use that.
I don't think I agree with that modlogan should never overwrite an
existing modlogan.css link; some users might want to have all their
existing css file links updated at each modlogan run.
While the css related code in the modlogan output plugin is far from
perfect (it opens the source css file, but never uses it, just closes it
after doing the symlink), I doubt it will ever change; modlogan is
discontinued upstream.
I'll close this bug by setting cssfile in the included configuration
file to a full path.
