This seems to be a problem in the default config in etch? Anyway, for
the benefit of anyone else who comes across this and can't figure out
how to fix it, the problem is the following bit of
/etc/spamassassin/v310.pre:

Me too: I can observe this message in the logs for every message
checked, yet I have network tests enabled.
Maybe this is normal, given that, in Debian, the DCC plugin is by
default not loaded. Here is where DCC_CHECK is defined:
