though I am currently on vacation, I am watching the transition/regression bugs against icedove. I will wait a few more days and then ask my fellow mozilla maintainers to fix the most obvious ones. Though your bugs look pretty simple to fix, it would reduce their work-load a lot if you provide ready to use and working patches. So if you haven't done so, maybe consider to do it now.
