The link is the upstream bug report. Apparently it has not been triaged yet. So it will be a miracle if Gnucash 2.0.3 fixes it. Note there are other reports confirming the bug in Etch. When The New Year rolls around the North Americans will wake up to the problem. Here in Australia the financial year ends in June.
