With KDE 3.5 and dia 0.96.1-2, it is included in the Graphics menu
(maybe in earlier versions, too?).
Dia still does not appear on the KDE Graphics menu
on my system. Currently I have:
kdebase 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-6
dia 0.95.0-4.1+b1

recently fixed in unstable? If so, I can't
test it, because I have no way to install that
version due to dependencies.
But it should be a simple enough fix,
