Package: ttf-tmuni

The attached patch adds a udeb for ttf-tmuni for use in the Graphical
Installer. The people working on a localized version of the installer for
Bhutan prefer this font over the font that is currently used.

I have now uploaded the updated package to the 3-day delayed queue.
