There are open wishlist BRs against user-setup for that, but AFAIK so far
nobody has made the effort to implement all the required changes.

Why not put the ssh server (and client) into the "standard" ta

My main concern about it is that it would probably open the gates for
too many similar requests for "please-add-my-pet-server" tasks.
