Hi! It seems that Jokosher requires the new upstream release of gst-plugins-good0.10 which contains the essential audiopanorama element, see also the release notes[1]. I intented to reassign this bug to gst-plugins-good0.10, however that would result in a RC bug for this package. Since Jokosher can't (or shouldn't) make Etch in its current non-working state, I haven't reassigned it.
I have Cced the GStreamer package maintainers though, with the purpose to request a new upstream package soon.
