I'm not sure this is fixable for people who have the old mozilla homepage.
The page was located in /usr/share/doc/mozilla and as far as I know,
this location doesn't exist anymore.

When I upgraded from Mozilla to Iceape, the home page complained
of non-existing anymore.
I tried to look for it in both mozilla and iceape directories, with
no success.
