Upstream does not ship with the AddCharset directives. They are Debian specific
from source file debian/config-dir/mods-available/mime.conf. We just need to
add that line to it:
AddCharset BRF .brf

the debian-shipped file?
Note: it would be great to see this in Etch, because else we would
have to wait quite a long time until the release of Lenny and seeing

usually named something.brf, and are widely used for shipping books,
courses, tax forms, etc. on the web. By nature, they should be
