The problem is that Mono libraries don't have -dev packages. Hence,
you only need to install the binary package in order to compile C#
code from source. But then if I wajig purge-orphans, I lose all the
libraries again! Hence, deborphan needs to treat Mono libs like Perl
or python libs.
