Its a ubuntu dapper... so I guess its not upgradeable.

Ubuntu dapper ships with frozen-bubble 1.0.0, which means this has been
locally installed somehow.
You're right :) But I was a little bit confused why 2.0.0 doesnt want work
with 2.1.0.
