The xscreensaver package includes /usr/lib/xscreensaver/xsublim and
it's man page, but not the configuration xsublim.xml file.
The file is missing from upstream. Not even the latest version (5.01,
from upstream's website) has
xsublim isn't really a screen saver. It doesn't work like the
others, and doesn't need an xml file (in fact, that wouldn't work).
