Comparing the testing to the stable version of this package there appears to be a regression---/usr/lib/oo2c/ooconfig isn't shipped in the testing version, but it is still referenced by the oo2c-config script.
Since ooconfig nolonger appears in the upstream source it could be that this is now not neccessary, in which case oo2c-config should be removed and the packages which depend upon it should be altered not to call it. Alternatively, ooconfig is still neccessary (or something similar) and it needs to be replaced or oo2c-config altered to do something similar.
