Hello,

Openvpn selinux policy don't lists 1194/tcp port as openvpn_port_t, so
tcp mode VPNs don't work.

utemp:~# semanage port -l | grep openvpn
openvpn_port_t                 udp      1194

utemp:~# grep openvpn /etc/services 
openvpn         1194/tcp
openvpn         1194/udp
