the qt4-designer package doesn't install a symlink into /usr/share/qt4/bin which links to /usr/bin/designer-qt4. This breaks apps that expect Qt4-Dir/bin/designer to be present (which is the case for eric3 at least). Apart from that its inconsistent with the rest of the development apps and with qt3.
