Package: apt-listchanges Version: 2.72.1 Severity: normal -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
I just installed apt-listchanges on a freshly installed Etch system, then ran 'dpkg-reconfigure apt-listchanges' to configure it to send changelogs and news entries by mail. This triggered ucf's 'conffile modified, what do you want to do' message, even though I never edited /etc/apt/listchanges.conf. - -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (530, 'testing'), (520, 'unstable'), (510, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-3-k7 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages apt-listchanges depends on: ii apt 0.6.46.4-0.1 Advanced front-end for dpkg ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.11 Debian configuration management sy ii debianutils 2.17 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii python 2.4.4-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-apt 0.6.19 Python interface to libapt-pkg ii python-support 0.5.6 automated rebuilding support for p ii ucf 2.0018.1 Update Configuration File: preserv Versions of packages apt-listchanges recommends: ii exim4 4.63-17 metapackage to ease exim MTA (v4) ii exim4-daemon-light [mail-tran 4.63-17 lightweight exim MTA (v4) daemon - -- debconf information: * apt-listchanges/confirm: false * apt-listchanges/email-address: root * apt-listchanges/which: both * apt-listchanges/frontend: mail * apt-listchanges/save-seen: true -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFF5hQ6shl/216gEHgRAlc8AJ4kvYnea24MWe6tB57YxN/iy9vu2ACbBZmM tYOszwq0DbbYBrOzU41pIyY= =O56w -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
