At least with Grub (I no longer run lilo and I did not try that) one
is forced to use 'vi' as the fstab and grub editor, it is harcoded in
mondo-rstr-tools.c #1630.
Instead 'find_my_editor()' should be used, so that when a user uses
'vi'
