uim-tcode still has not been built on powerpc, arm, etc.), and I'm getting a little tired of watching uim-common's postinst fail every time I use aptitude to upgrade. So I'm reopening this bug. Part of the function of Depends and friends is to make absolutely sure that packages that need to be upgraded together are upgraded together.
