Package: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686 Version: 2.6.18.dfsg.1-12 Severity: normal
I have been using sshfs over fuse for quite some time without problems. Noticed a high load this morning, and found the oops below. Known fixed issue upstream: http://lkml.org/lkml/2007/1/29/210 ?? I'm not sure of what triggered this oops. At the time of the fault, the system was pretty idle, and I don't think my net connection or the ssh connection went down at the time. invalid opcode: 0000 [#1] SMP Modules linked in: fuse xircom_cb r128 drm nfs ipv6 nfsd exportfs lockd nfs_acl sunrpc xt_tcpudp ppdev lp autofs4 iptable_mangle iptable_nat iptable_filter ip_tables ipt_MASQUERADE ip_nat x_tables ip_conntrack nfnetlink nls_iso8859_1 nls_cp437 vfat fat dm_crypt apm i8k aty128fb snd_maestro3 snd_ac97_codec snd_ac97_bus joydev snd_pcm_oss tsdev snd_pcm snd_page_alloc snd_mixer_oss snd_seq_dummy snd_seq_oss snd_seq_midi snd_rawmidi snd_seq_midi_event snd_seq snd_timer snd_seq_device intel_agp parport_pc parport rtc floppy psmouse agpgart shpchp pci_hotplug i2c_piix4 yenta_socket rsrc_nonstatic pcmcia_core snd i2c_core serio_raw soundcore pcspkr evdev ext3 jbd mbcache dm_mirror dm_snapshot dm_mod ide_generic ide_cd cdrom ide_disk generic uhci_hcd usbcore piix ide_core processor CPU: 0 EIP: 0060:[<d136bd5d>] Not tainted VLI EFLAGS: 00010202 (2.6.18-4-686 #1) EIP is at fuse_ctl_add_dentry+0x16/0xcb [fuse] eax: cb8f93e8 ebx: cb8f93e8 ecx: c3255d80 edx: cdc555a0 esi: cdc555a0 edi: cdc555a0 ebp: c02ce9c0 esp: c3255d44 ds: 007b es: 007b ss: 0068 Process mount (pid: 14157, ti=c3254000 task=c8881000 task.ti=c3254000) Stack: ffffffff 00000000 cb8f93e8 c3255d80 cdc555a0 00000000 d136be67 00004140 00000002 c02ce9c0 c0284e60 c3255d80 d136c4eb 00000001 00000000 c0170031 c3255db0 00000000 c01b7a2c c67a8a01 462ab379 02fa1a61 c67a8a00 c67a8a00 Call Trace: [<d136be67>] fuse_ctl_add_conn+0x55/0xb9 [fuse] [<c0170031>] notify_change+0x186/0x2c1 [<c01b7a2c>] idr_get_new+0xa/0x26 [<d136bf26>] fuse_ctl_fill_super+0x5b/0xb9 [fuse] [<c015fbb8>] get_sb_single+0x51/0x97 [<d136becb>] fuse_ctl_fill_super+0x0/0xb9 [fuse] [<c015faaf>] vfs_kern_mount+0x7d/0xf2 [<d136becb>] fuse_ctl_fill_super+0x0/0xb9 [fuse] [<c015fb56>] do_kern_mount+0x25/0x36 [<c0171f8c>] do_mount+0x5d8/0x648 [<c017122a>] mntput_no_expire+0x11/0x6a [<c01674b0>] link_path_walk+0xb3/0xbd [<c014c2ee>] __handle_mm_fault+0x408/0x740 [<c0145520>] get_page_from_freelist+0x9b/0x36e [<c0170e92>] copy_mount_options+0x26/0x109 [<c0172069>] sys_mount+0x6d/0xaa [<c0102c11>] sysenter_past_esp+0x56/0x79 Code: fa 50 89 e8 53 e8 9a 9c e0 ee 83 c4 14 83 c4 20 5b 5e 5f 5d c3 55 57 56 89 d6 53 83 ec 08 83 ba ac 00 00 00 02 8b 6c 24 24 7e 08 <0f> 0b 52 00 d9 c4 36 d1 89 ca e8 9c 1d e0 ee 85 c0 89 c7 0f 84 EIP: [<d136bd5d>] fuse_ctl_add_dentry+0x16/0xcb [fuse] SS:ESP 0068:c3255d44 -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-4-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_AU, LC_CTYPE=en_AU (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages linux-image-2.6.18-4-686 depends on: ii coreutils 5.97-5.3 The GNU core utilities ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.13 Debian configuration management sy ii initramfs-tools [linux-initra 0.87b tools for generating an initramfs ii module-init-tools 3.3-pre4-2 tools for managing Linux kernel mo Versions of packages linux-image-2.6.18-4-686 recommends: ii libc6-i686 2.5-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries [i -- debconf information: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/failed-to-move-modules-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/lilo-initrd-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/elilo-initrd-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/overwriting-modules-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/prerm/removing-running-kernel-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/prerm/would-invalidate-boot-loader-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/bootloader-test-error-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/abort-overwrite-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/old-system-map-link-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/depmod-error-2.6.18-4-686: false linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/abort-install-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/depmod-error-initrd-2.6.18-4-686: false linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/old-initrd-link-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/bootloader-initrd-2.6.18-4-686: true * linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/already-running-this-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/old-dir-initrd-link-2.6.18-4-686: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/kimage-is-a-directory: shared/kernel-image/really-run-bootloader: true linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/lilo-has-ramdisk: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/bootloader-error-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/preinst/initrd-2.6.18-4-686: linux-image-2.6.18-4-686/postinst/create-kimage-link-2.6.18-4-686: true -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
