Bug#420771: python-ldaptor: description states it's a dummy package when it's not

Hi.

The description of this package contains:

   This is a dummy package that depends on the correct version of
   python-ldaptor for the default version of Python.

But after the last python transition the package is no longer a dummy
package. Can you please remove that bit?
